What do I need to do to get started?
We make the onboarding process easy. Once we agree to move forward, we’ll guide you through:
Providing basic information and signing a short agreement.
Scheduling your property for professional photography and staging.
Letting us know when your property is ready — furnishings, housewares, and essentials should already be in place.
A final walkthrough, followed by launching your listing within 72 hours of the shoot.
How do you help my listing stand out?

We also recommend you “favorite” your property, visit the page often, and share it with friends and family — this boosts it in algorithm-driven platforms.
How are nightly rates determined?
We use local insight along with pricing trends and seasonal demand to keep your rates competitive and your property booked. Our strategy ensures a balance between maximizing occupancy and securing strong nightly income.
Do you have a guest portal or booking dashboard?
Not yet — but we provide coordinated calendar management and regular updates. You’ll always be in the loop and can request reporting or updates any time.

We currently partner with trusted booking platforms that include guest verification tools and reviews. Additional screening standards are being developed as part of our damage protection and reservation management policies.
What if something gets damaged during a stay?
We’re finalizing a custom Damage Protection Policy to provide added confidence and coverage. In the meantime, we handle damage incidents on a case-by-case basis, with transparency and clear documentation for owners.
The property owner is responsible for obtaining the appropriate Wisconsin short-term rental license (issued by your municipality or county) and ensuring your property has proper short-term rental insurance in place.
